Joanne Cabral Adorna, RN RCIC - Founder and Immigration Consultant
An immigrant herself, Joanne understands firsthand the hopes and challenges that come with building a new life in Canada. She first arrived in Canada as a temporary worker in 2009 and proudly became a Canadian citizen in July 2015.
Her personal immigration journey, along with the experiences shared by many newcomers she met along the way, inspired her to pursue a career in immigration consulting. Today, she is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the Canadian immigration system with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
Joanne is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CCIC) and the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
Jane Alejo - Immigration Legal Assistant
Jane first came to us as a client in 2019 and successfully became a Permanent Resident of Canada in 2022. After receiving her PR approval, she jokingly mentioned that she would love to apply for a job with us—and just a few weeks later, she officially joined the team.
Having personally experienced the immigration journey, Jane brings empathy and genuine understanding to the clients she now assists. Her compassion for others, strong work ethic, and exceptional attention to detail make her an important part of our team and a valuable support for our clients.
Jane completed her Immigration Legal Assistant Certificate with Honours at Ashton College in 2023.
Adara Constantinopla - Administrative Assistant
Adara is the youngest member of our team and currently a student who works with us part-time. She quickly discovered her passion for assisting with the preparation and organization of client documentation during her initial trial with the team.
She has strong computer and technical skills, which help support the efficient management of client files and office systems.
Nicole was born in the Philippines and immigrated to Canada at the age of eight. She understands Filipino culture and language, which helps her connect with many of the clients we serve. Her enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and positive attitude make her a wonderful addition to our team.
